My body wasn’t broken—she was protecting me.

⚔️Money stress and scarcity? A survival response—because financial fear feels like life-or-death.
⚔️Waking up at 3 am? My adrenals stuck in overdrive, unable to fully rest due to high cortisol.
⚔️Anxiety, anger and overstimulation? My system flooded with stress hormones.

Survival mode isn’t just in your mind—it lives in your body.
