I get asked fairly often how to implement our sensuality (and full sensual Self) into every day life, when out and about, or when around others. I compare it to meditation in a sense, as sensuality is fully about our presence and intention with the moment at hand. Being sensual is to be fully present with that moment and the sensations we are experiencing and the pleasure we are embodying.

I share five helpful tips in my latest video on how to embody your sensuality in every day life and really be able to show up, regardless of where you are, what you’re doing, or who you’re with, as your full sensual Self. Check it out!

  1. Understand that you are always sensual–being sensual is about intention and presence through using your senses.
  2. Devote more time to your sensual practices–the more time you devote to your sensual awakening journey, the more integrated it becomes in natural life, just like with meditation you become more present with it over time.
  3. Have a sensual totem–while you’re at work or while you’re out and about in your day have an item that reminds you of your sensuality. It could be red lipstick, lingerie, a rose on your desk or maybe you carry a peacock feather in your purse. Or perhaps you drink a delicious cup of coffee at your desk at work with a rich creamer in it, slowing down to indulge in the ritual of drinking it.
  4. Use the breathe & pulse technique–to get back into your body and into your sensuality is less than 60 seconds, try doing the breathe & pulse technique or a more rapid version. You can learn more about this technique here.
  5. Maintain connection with your body and what she needs all day long–how can you keep in contact with your body and within your body? Don’t worry about what’s outside of you, remain tapped into your inner connection. Try the Womb-Heart-Yoni Connection if you need some inspiration.
