When you are in the midst of heartbreak, chaos, stress or grief, how likely is it that you’ll devote your healing practice to pleasure?
Unfortunately a lot of women choose to self-medicate, binge watch tv, overeat or engage in unhealthy sexual situations to numb themselves from heartbreak. Today I’m sharing with you in my newest podcast episode why pleasure is the antidote to heartbreak. I mean, what’s more fun than healing through pleasure vs healing through painful wallowing?
I also talk about why choosing pleasure doesn’t just have to be some tedious, decadent or extravagant experience (although that is FANTASTIC), but it can be a small choice you make daily.
So grab yourself a cup of herbal tea or your favorite glass of red wine and indulge for the next 20 minutes as I muse on why pleasure is the best path for healing from heartbreaking situations, whether it’s a relationship ending or something else entirely.
By the way, please feel free to share this with any women you know who might need some extra love and pleasure while healing themselves, especially from heartbreak.
