Happy New Moon in Aquarius!
We’re finally moving out of the shadows after the intense eclipse full moon portal. I had a lot of old, dark shit come up for me in January. Ancient traumas, toxic patterns and deep seated fears.
All revealed under the light of the full blood moon eclipse.
Moving into this new moon in Aquarius feels more light yet also deeply powerful. A prime time for manifestation and planting the seeds of your desires into the fertile void that resulted from purging all of the stuff that wasn’t serving you.
How is your body feeling around this new moon? How is your heart? Your soul?
Any desires – whether sexual or life desires – coming through for you as the moon is dark?
This morning I did part of my new moon ritual and it left me feeling buzzing and tingling with a newly activated level of eroticism and sexual energy.
I don’t have words for what shifted, but I know something powerful opened up for me.
I did some pussy breathing, breast massage, pussy gazing/mirror worship and then did a very activating jade egg practice and ritual.
I feel like the amount of energy I felt is usually something that would take me at least an hour of practice — if not longer — to feel or reach. Not this morning though.
I’m excited to see where this energy leads me…and I’m curious how your sexual energy feels today?
Everyone is different of course. I love playing around with the merging between sex and astrology.
Everyone’s birth chart is different and so the moon phases and other astrological events might feel totally different for you than it does for me and everyone else on the planet depending on the placement of your chart and astrological signs.
You’re unique. That’s why I like encouraging you to always listen to your body. Follow your sexual energy. Your heart. The erotic pull drawing you towards something. The magic that stirs within your womb cauldron…whether you have a physical uterus or not, the essence or energy is there to work and play with.
I always like personally studying, experimenting and noting how the moon phases and astrological events affect me and my sexual energy.
This new moon in Aquarius has me feeling very called to do some solo sex magick ceremony. Burning dragon’s blood and smudging my pussy, womb and heart with it. Sensually dragging the smoke over my naked body from head to toe. Cleansing and purifying and then moving into my own erotic magic for the night.
Lighting a candle for a desire I have.
Doing more breathwork and other sensual practices to drop deep into my pelvis…where the magic lives and is aching to express itself through ritual. Through movement. Through breath. Through sound. Through touch and massage.
That’s my loose plan for this evening, but I’m always open to following my intuition and what I need, moment to moment.
After all, I had a totally different idea of how I thought the full moon was going to go a couple of weeks ago…and it went absolutely noting like I thought.
I had to surrender to total darkness, re-activated trauma and some major purging. In fact, it left me feeling off for about a week after.
It was not pretty, but I feel like I conquered some major demons within. Or rather brought them back home with love. No longer casting parts of myself outside…banishing and forbidding them, but rather welcoming them home and looking into their so-called ugly faces and seeing the beauty of what they have to offer me.
That was the full blood moon eclipse’s gift to me…even though it was wrapped up in a pretty ugly fucking package.
Perhaps you’re feeing a sense of renewal after this powerful portal and, like me, ready to dance with your desires through sex magic or some other kind of new moon honoring ritual. Whatever you’re feeling and experiencing is a gift for you.
In honor of the New Moon in Aquarius I wanted to share some new moon ritual and sex magick ceremony ideas with you. Just in case you’re feeing pulled to manifesting or playing with your desires.

Here are some things I enjoy doing on new or full moons, although I don’t do every single thing ever single time. I lean into the mood I’m feeling and craft a ritual where all I can do is surrender to what comes up.
- Use a jade egg (get one from my shop HERE if you need one for future rituals and regular practice)
- Do breathwork (Sign up for my Ritual Erotic Breathwork Series here and get access to three guided mp3 breathwork practices)
- Do some sensual movement, freestyle dance or erotic dance
- Pull tarot or oracle cards
- Light a candle or do some candle magick
- Do sex magic
- Put your crystals out under the dark moon (there’s no light, but the moon is still there to infuse her energy into your crystals), especially your intimate, sexual crystals like crystal dildos or jade eggs
- Light incense or burn resins
- Take a cleansing bath or a manifestation bath
- Connect with nature if you can
- Journal
- Burn away old beliefs
- Write down your desires
- Breast massage or pussy massage
- Prepare a delicious herbal drink or food to ceremonially infuse with a desire and then imagine becoming one with your desire as you consume it ritually
- The list goes on!
There is no right or wrong way to celebrate a new or full moon. Whatever is pulling you towards it…follow that eagerly. Most of all, enjoy every drop with as much presence and sensuality as possible.
Curiously notice how the things you do today and over the next few days following the new moon affect your sexual energy.
