Do you have a connection with your womb and her ability to create and manifest? 

I invite you to place your hands in a downward facing triangle over your lower belly, thumbs meeting in your navel, the rest of your fingers pointing downward. The space in between the triangle is where your womb is located. The space where your index fingers meet is the bottom of your uterus and where your cervix rests. 

The concept of sexual womb alchemy and the conscious (or unconscious) birthing of your desires through womb manifestation is such a juicy, potent topic and is essential for every woman to understand and harness the power of.

Sexual womb alchemy is simply manifesting something through and from your womb. Through and from the power of your womb. That’s why I like to call the womb an Alchemical Cauldron. She’s the seat of feminine power, creation and transmutation. 

As a woman, your womb is designed to cultivate, gestate and birth life into this world through your pussy.

Not only can you birth life in the form of an actual baby, but you can consciously birth your desires into the manifested reality. This is sexual womb alchemy. 

Taking your sexual energy – the potent “seed” and essential energy of creation and life-force – into your womb and transmuting it into whatever it is that you want to create for yourself and your life. Alchemizing your intention and sexual energy together in your womb cauldron. 

Getting deeply in touch with your womb will awaken your inner sex witch, the erotic archetype inside of you that naturally practices sex magic, which is basically the same concept as sexual womb alchemy. It all plays with the same thing: your womb and pussy as the cauldron and catalyst, your sexual energy as the driving force and fuel and your intention as the focus and conscious awareness. 

Your womb also has the ability to alchemize emotions from you and anyone else you absorb energy or emotions from, especially intimate lovers. 

Anything we take into our wombs will eventually birth out of us into the world, either unconsciously or consciously. 

Everything and everyone that we allow into our body is stored like cellular memory in our womb space. Past lovers leave their energetic imprint, which can often make the womb a space of heaviness from past hurts and old energies that are simply lingering, repressed emotions and stuck sexual energy. 

Everything we bring into our womb, we birth in some way energetically. This means you can birth from the space of unconscious, lingering energies that aren’t even yours. This can show up as the manifestation of habitual patterns and habits that stem from you holding onto old trauma, shame, emotions, lovers, etc. in your womb. 

I know my own womb has experienced some deep healing, clearing and releasing of old wounds around trauma, shame, old lovers’ energies, painful periods, etc. 

Your womb is often the storehouse of emotions that were stuffed down, traumas of any kind (especially sexual), deep-seated shame, blocked and repressed sexual energy and more. 

If you’ve ever had a miscarriage, abortion or unwanted pregnancy or struggled with infertility, then you’ll unknowingly store all of that in your womb energetically until you consciously release it. 

If you’ve ever felt like it was so difficult to let go of a pattern, heal from a past break up, let go of someone or express or even feel an emotion or sexual energy, then you definitely have some womb healing to do before you can learn to use your womb for conscious manifestation.

Conscious birthing of your desires (aka manifestation) simply means you are creating things that you actually WANT and have awareness and intention around. 

Most of us are manifesting things in our lives that we don’t actually want, because we’re not aware of our powerful capabilities to bring consciousness and intention to it. And sexual energy!

Since women take the sperm into the vagina and through the cervix, merging it with the ovary egg, then cultivating and transmuting it in the womb (into LIFE!), we also have the ability to harness this power and energy to create everything else we want to experience within ourselves and around us. 

What can you create? Anything your heart, womb, soul and pussy desires!

Relationships, sexual healing, meals, businesses, passion projects, money, love, orgasmic sex, something material like a car or house…the list goes on! If you want it you can use your womb to create it. 

If you don’t want something you may also be unknowingly using your womb to unconsciously create it because you’ll most likely be operating from not having awareness around what’s stored in your womb. 

That energy will seek a way out, whether you’re conscous and aware of it or not. 

Carrying around old lovers’ energies might unconsciously birth out into your life as the pattern of calling in more men (or women) who don’t honor your body or who perpetuate a certain cycle or emotional wounding. 

Carrying around a lack of forgiveness (perhaps from past trauma, shame, abortions, miscarriages, sexual assault, etc.) towards yourself and anyone else involved can show up as you harboring resentment, anger and blocking yourself from feeling worthy, deserving and capable of pleasure, love, sex, money and everything else you desire. 

Holding onto ancestral patterns passed down to you, from womb to womb in your matriarchal line, that don’t even belong to you can show up as you feeling weighed down and fighting against men, love, sex, your femininity and whatever else your mother and her ancestors experienced challenge, pain or trauma around. 

We must connect to, clear out and heal the womb space if we want to consciously create and manifest what we desire, using the naturally powerful energy that is designed to do exactly that. 

WOMB CLEARING & HEALING

The first step is to clear out whatever isn’t yours. Whatever isn’t supporting you. Releasing anything that isn’t what you want to consciously create and birth for yourself.

Some of my favorite womb clearing and healing practices are listed below.

• Womb breathing. Simply creating the downward facing triangle over the womb with your hands and breathing in and out of your womb, relaxing, softening and clearing your womb using breath and even sound and sexual energy circulation. 
• Erotic dance and sensual movement, stemming from the womb, pussy and hips. It stirs and churns up a lot of sexual energy and sensuality, allowing you to remember your deeply erotic, orgasmic, sexual nature. This awareness and remembering only supercharges the connection to your womb. 
• The Taoist jade egg practice (more on that below). 
• Using an obsidian wand to self pleasure and release trauma, shame, blocks, stuck sexual energy, etc. from the pussy and womb. 
• Yoni steaming to clear out old menstrual blood and unconsciously stored energies and past events. 
• Womb massage. Massaging the womb space and lower belly to unblock the energies and move them out. 
• Give your womb a voice. Express what your womb wants to say through sounding. These sounds will typically sound very wild, primal and guttural…not all that “sexy” or “pretty” or “quiet.” Unleash your womb’s voice and let her scream, cry, wail, speak through her rage, grief, resentment, etc. Imagine sounding out from the depths of your womb, belly and pelvis on a level that resonates with your womb. 

My favorite practice for cleansing and healing my womb (and pussy) and learning how to manifest my wildest desires has been the 2,000 year old Taoist jade egg practice, which is the art of inserting an egg-shaped stone made of Nephrite jade into the vagina to create sentience, tone, suppleness and isolated strength through various resistance exercises, both standing and lying, occasionally using very gentle weights.  

This ancient practice was originally kept a secret in the royal palace in China and was used among the Emperor’s many female concubines, allowing the concubines to train their vaginal muscles to stroke and massage the Emperor’s “jade stalk” aka cock like a hand.

The practice also helped them to awaken their inner radiance and harness and move their sexual energy.

The jade egg practice was developed by three female advisors to the Emperor and was designed to train the concubine’s to isolate the three sections of the vagina (opening, middle and cervix), harness their sexual energy and become more skilled lovers to the emperor.

The vaginal skills, power and sentience of the concubines’ allowed the Emperor to make love longer, increasing his staying power so that he could raise his sexual energy upwards, transmuting it into spiritual energy. 

Sexual energy is considered the energy of immortality, vitality, youth and radiance in Taoism. Using a jade egg regularly also awakens the voice, energy and manifestation abilities of the womb naturally as you clear the old out and cultivate the new within using your sexual energy.

Now that you’re clear on how to cleanse your womb, it’s time to step into Sexual Womb Alchemy and begin to consciously create and birth your desires out into the world with love, intention and sexual energy!

SEXUAL WOMB ALCHEMY

Get clear on what you do want to birth consciously and begin to bring that into your womb. You can do this by placing your hands on your womb, thinking of something you desire, breathing energy up into your womb using your pelvic floor muscles (the jade egg is amazing for this!) and then imagining that you’re birthing it out. 

Let’s break this down a little bit more. 

The jade egg is shaped like an egg, which is a symbol of creativity and fertility. You can infuse your desires and intentions into the jade egg, insert it into your vagina to do a 20-30 minute practice 3-4 x per week, which then works with your womb to “cultivate and gestate” said desire or intention in your womb.

Then your intention is birthed out through your pussy consciously. You can imagine your desire birthing and becoming real as you push or “birth” your jade egg out of your vagina after each practice. I recommend allowing it to be a pleasurable, orgasmic and ecstatic birth. You get to choose how good it feels to create and birth!

You’ll also want to infuse all of the feelings and emotions of what it would feel like to have that desire already and embodying it NOW. As if you already had that desire now. Send all of that yummy embodied desire energy into your jade egg to work and play with.

If you’ve had a hysterectomy and are worried about your manifestation abilities due to having your uterus removed, take a deep breath! The essential energy and quality of your womb still exists. You’ll be connecting to and working with the “Energetic Womb.” It doesn’t diminish your power or sexual womb alchemy one bit. 

THINGS I’VE PERSONALLY MANIFESTED

I’ve been creating my life by design for the past several years using my womb, pussy, sexual energy, sex magic (basically Sexual Womb Alchemy) and intention.
