Over the past five years I’ve done a lot (and I mean A LOT) of shadow work and integration practices, especially around my sexuality.

I’ve used sexual shadow integration to shed sexual shame, embrace and integrate my shadows and uncover my deepest erotic desires…which exist underneath all of the shame, trauma, conditioning and hidden shadows.

Imagine how much erotic energy is liberated when you stop hiding, denying, shaming and repressing parts of your sexuality?

I find that most of us are actually terrified of our deepest erotic desires, especially the taboo stuff that turns us on.

It might even be so scary for us that we bury and repress our erotic desires so deeply — in our unconscious mind (and pussy) — that we literally have no idea what really turns us on.

Until we start to do the work that uncovers those erotic desires. The work that releases sexual shame, helps us overcome trauma and finally acccept our desires as something to be enjoyed, embraced and seen as holy.

The work I’m speaking of is sexual shadow integration and in today’s video I’m going to show you how you can use an obsidian crystal dildo (one of my favorite tools) for integrating your sexual shadows and uncovering your deepest erotic desires.

I’ll also tell you about how I’ve accidentally broken two of my obsidian wands over the past few years…gah.
