In this epside of the Sex & Wealth Codes podcast I’m expanding on an Instagram post I wrote yesterday.
Sharing the 6 beliefs from the coaching industry that are fucking with your financial security and keeping you in a cycle of “making money without having money.”
In this episode I’m going to break down WHY these beliefs are causing so many female entrepreneurs to STILL feel broke as fuck EVEN if they’re making 6-figures or more…
…with no savings or wealth to show for it and a shit ton of debt racked up.
You can also scroll down for the quickie in text. Or listen and hear me expand my thoughts on these beliefs with raw and personal stories and more.
I’d love for you to SUBSCRIBE on Apple and leave me a review — it will help the podcast get out.
This podcast is explicit and NSFW so make sure to put on headphones or do what you need to do to listen with pleasure, comfort and safety.
Thanks for listening and enjoy…
Here’s where these beliefs start causing trouble and costing women their current AND future financial security and peace of mind.
— Once you hit a new income level you don’t dip below it
This one fucked me up hard — I thought if I dipped, it meant something was wrong with me.
Or I was no longer successful or worthy.
So as my bank account went up and down so did my sense of self worth. 📈
I had so much fear and charge in my body around the idea of dipping that I obsessively worked 10x harder trying to prevent it.
When I inevitably dipped? I spiraled in shame for months.
The truth? Dips and contractions are part of life — NBD.
True wealth is not measured by month to month or even year to year.
It’s measured over a LIFETIME of growth and contraction/dips are part of growth.
Things go up and down (stock market, economy, trends, other businesses, etc.), so focus on the long game of wealth building over your lifetime.
— You ALWAYS have to invest at your edge (and keep investing or you won’t see growth)
This keeps women investing and spending THOUSANDS of dollars — even if they’re in a season where hiring a mentor or renewing would actually SLOW their growth.
So instead of putting that money towards savings or wealth, they just pay a mentor even when it doesn’t feel right anymore.
— More money always comes (so go ahead and spend the money)
Yes of course more money is coming AND it doesn’t mean you have a FREE PASS to overspend.
Especially when you have no fucking clue HOW or WHEN more money is coming.
I see so many women throw their money into the wind and then have to stressfully “hold the faith” for more money to come (because they have no strategy or plan in place).
Try this: More money is coming and I’m going to take care of my money NOW (which may mean NOT spending).
— You always need a coach or mentor to reach your next level (if you wanna make $100k you better invest $100k)
Gatekeeping your inevitable success is NOT it bitch.🗝️
You don’t NEED anyone to get there and who made up this ridiculous rule about having to invest what you wanna make?
That’s not wealthy thinking at all — that’s scarcity or “break even” thinking.
— If money’s not flowing it must mean you aren’t in your feminine enough
I believe in energetics AND strategy
Nervous system AND miracles
Pleasure AND planning
Yes knowing how to receive is important AND your cash flow problem is not because you aren’t being “in your feminine enough.”
This keeps women spinning in circles instead of being solution oriented and strategic while gathering cash flow data .
Yes do your feminine practices (pleasure is important) AND don’t you dare make it mean you’re not feminine enough if cash isn’t flowing .
— if you’re in alignment it should feel easy and effortless (if it feels hard or uncomfortable it means you’re out of alignment)
Alignment does not guarantee ease 100% of the time
Alignment DOES create momentum.
Momentum isn’t always comfortable.
Sometimes it’s dysregulating because getting what we want doesn’t always feel easy breezy.
Especially when getting what we want feels unfamiliar and unsafe to our nervous system.
Being an entrepreneur is hard, uncomfortable and highly sensational sometimes.
Don’t let how easy something feels determine whether you’re in alignment or going to succeed.
Doing something outside of our comfort zone can feel hard.
You can do hard things and if you want true wealth you have to be willing to let it feel hard .
I can’t wait to open doors for my 8-week mini mastermind!
We’ll be shifting out of “coaching industry mentality” into “I’m building sexy wealth over my lifetime” EMBODIMENT
Details coming soon…🗝️💋🍷📈
